Daily Mirror Review of The Rockford Inn Exmoor

Daily Mirror Review

Its a traditional Exmoor Inn, a North Devon country pub near the border with Somerset
and popular with local farmers, ramblers and fishermen alike. We provide tasty home
cooked meals using seasonal foods, local brewed real ales open log fires. We also offer comfortable accommodation in which to stay, where we offer B&B, full or half board. We are
close to the seaside towns Lynton & Lynmouth, Porlock and Minehead.
One of the most informal small hotels in Devon, almost boutique.

We were also featured recently in a Daily Telegraph article
as the "best pub with rooms in all the land"

Review of The Rockord Inn Devon

"There's nothing better than being outdoors in the countryside when the sun is shining,
which was how it was when I took a mini-break to Somerset and North Devon.
We stayed at The Rockford Inn, the best pub in all the land.
From here there's a beautiful walk along the rushing river, through the woods
to Watersmeet, where you can see a perfect waterfall as you enjoy a perfect scone
and a perfect cuppa. All in all, an exceptional memory of a trip in England."
