The dramatic East Lyn River flows past the property, carving its way through the wild moors of Exmoor before reaching the sea at Lynton and Lynmouth. With its waterfalls, rocky rapids, house-size boulders, and deep green, fern-lined pools, the fast-flowing river creates a true walker’s paradise. Well-maintained National Trust footpaths run alongside the water’s edge, winding through gorges and wooded valleys and offering some of the most scenic walking in the area.

Dogs aren’t permitted in the accommodation, but they’re very welcome in the pub.
