Lynton & Lynmouth Charity Beer Walk

The Lynton & Lynmouth Charity Beer Walk - saturday 3rd october 26.

Join us for a day of spectacular Exmoor scenery, great local pubs and a few well-earned beers, all while raising money for Mountain Rescue / Exmoor Search & Rescue.

Mountain Rescue volunteers give their time to help people in some of the most difficult and remote terrain, and this walk is our chance to support the incredible work they do.

Choose between our 11-mile or 5.5-mile route, with pub stops along the way, before everyone comes together to finish at The Rockford Inn.

Entry is just £10, with a suggested £10 donation to Mountain Rescue. Donations can be made on the day in cash or through our JustGiving page https://www.justgiving.com/page/lyntonandlynmouthbeerwalk?utm_medium=FA&utm_source=CL

A great day out for an even better cause.

The Charity

Exmoor Search & Rescue Team is run entirely by volunteers, providing a vital emergency search and rescue service across Exmoor and the surrounding area, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

As a charity, they rely on donations to keep this lifesaving service running. We suggest a voluntary £10 donation from each participant, but we’d love to raise as much as possible!

We also encourage everyone taking part to ask friends, family and colleagues to sponsor their walk and help boost the total. Every extra pound raised helps support this vital local service and the volunteers who give their time to keep people safe on Exmoor.

The pubs

The Hunters Inn, Heddon Valley.

The Crown Inn, Lynton.

The Rock House, Lynmouth.
